Providing Accessible Healthcare and Holistic Support to Vulnerable Communities

Health is at the heart of human dignity and survival—yet many communities in Zambia face daily struggles against poverty and disease. Serve Zambia Foundation bridges this gap by providing life-saving health services and holistic support to families who would otherwise go without care. From laboratory testing and counseling to recovery programs and crisis support, our health initiatives address both the physical and emotional needs of people while reminding them that they are seen, valued, and not forgotten.

Laboratory Services

We operate community laboratories that provide essential services such as CD4 counts, malaria testing, TB diagnosis, pregnancy tests, and more. These early-detection services save lives by ensuring timely treatment and improved health outcomes for vulnerable individuals and families.

Counseling, Testing & Care

Our centers offer confidential HIV counseling and testing, family planning services, and community health education. Trained volunteers walk alongside patients and their families, providing both medical support and spiritual encouragement, ensuring people experience care that restores body, mind, and soul.

Addiction Recovery & Crisis Support

Through our addiction recovery programs and Pregnancy Crisis Centre, we offer counseling, mentorship, and safe alternatives to women, men, and youth facing some of life’s most difficult challenges. These programs bring hope, healing, and the possibility of a new beginning.

Water and Sanitation (WASH)

Access to clean water and proper sanitation is foundational to health. Serve Zambia Foundation supports communities by improving safe water supply and promoting sanitation practices that prevent disease and strengthen overall well-being. Together, these efforts build healthier, more resilient communities where families can thrive.
