Strengthening the Role of the Local Church in Community Transformation

Serve Zambia Foundation originated from the church and continues to empower local congregations as catalysts for change. We believe that the local church plays a central role in addressing both the spiritual and physical needs of communities. We offer leadership training, savings programs, youth and children’s initiatives, economic development projects, health and wellness support, food security efforts, water and sanitation initiatives, and other specialized interventions. This enables churches to serve their communities holistically. By mobilizing the body of Christ, we help build stronger, healthier, and more compassionate communities across Zambia.

Capacity Building & Special Training

We equip pastors, church leaders, volunteers, and youth with practical skills in leadership, healthcare, and community care. This strengthens local capacity, nurtures sustainable leadership, and ensures transformation is owned and driven by the community itself.

Mentoring Churches & Community Organizations

Our team walks alongside congregations and grassroots groups, mentoring them in organizational growth, accountability, and holistic ministry. This guidance enables churches to be both spiritually vibrant and practically effective as agents of community transformation.

Church Mobilization Programme

We mobilize churches to collaborate and exert positive influence through projects that foster community development. By supporting congregations with farming inputs, seed packages, and income-generating initiatives, we empower them to meet urgent needs while sustaining their ministries. This approach transforms churches into hubs of hope and development, where faith and action work hand in hand for the good of the community.
