Raising a New Generation of Leaders through Mentorship and Peer Education.

At Serve Zambia Foundation, we believe young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow — they are changemakers today. That’s why we invest in them through training, mentorship, and peer-to-peer education. We provide safe and empowering platforms where youth develop life skills, build confidence, and learn to positively influence those around them. With the right knowledge, values, and guidance, these young leaders are being equipped to transform their communities — creating a ripple effect that will impact Zambia for generations to come.

“Equipping Today’s Youth, Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders.

For youth, this means access to opportunities that shape their potential and inspire them to rise as role models.
For partners and supporters, it means every investment is multiplied — one trained youth has the power to influence dozens of others, creating lasting change.

Peer Education

Our peer education model harnesses the power of young people teaching young people. Trained peer educators engage their fellow youth on vital topics such as health, HIV prevention, and life skills. Because the message comes from trusted peers, it builds openness, encourages wise choices, and spreads knowledge in a way that adults alone cannot achieve.

This approach not only empowers young people to live healthier, more purposeful lives, but also assures donors and partners that their support is building self-sustaining change — with every young leader equipped to reach and inspire many more.

One Youth Trained. Dozens Impacted. Generations Changed.
