Building Sustainable Income and Resilience through Community Empowerment

True transformation begins when families gain the means to sustain themselves with dignity. Serve Zambia Foundation empowers church leaders and communities through Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), which helps people recognize and mobilize their God-given resources as a pathway out of poverty. Through farming training, microfinance, and skills development, we create opportunities for individuals—especially the most vulnerable—to generate income, provide for their families, and build resilience for the future.

Farming & Food Security

We train families and congregations in sustainable farming practices and provide seed packages to support household food production. Farming not only ensures food on the table but also creates opportunities for surplus sales, increasing income, and contributing to community development.

Microfinance & Savings Ministry

Through small savings groups and micro-loans, families gain access to financial tools that allow them to start small businesses, cover emergencies, and build financial independence. This initiative has already transformed countless lives, giving people hope and stability where previously there was none.

Empowering Single Parents & Child-Headed Households

We walk alongside single parents and child-headed households by offering mentoring, small grants, and skills training. By equipping caregivers and young leaders with practical tools, we not only strengthen their households but also secure the well-being of future generations.
